Can I exchange for a different item?
In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept exchanges.

Can I make any changes or cancel my order after purchase?
Please email us at hello@twocuriously.com as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes to or cancel your order after purchase. If your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel your order.

What is your return policy?
Please email us at hello@twocuriously.com with the following information:

  • Your order reference number (e.g. #1022)
  • What items you would like to return
  • Reasons of return the product (with photos)
  • If eligible, we will get back to you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will accept returns and provide full refund within:

  • 7 days from the date your order was delivered for our local customers.
  • 30 days from the date your order was delivered for our international customers.
  • The items returned must be brand new, unused, and must include all original packaging and tags.

Can I make any changes or cancel my order after purchase?
Please email us at pawpawminutiae@gmail.com if you would like to make any changes to or cancel your order after purchase. 

Can I cancel my order after receiving the preview?
Yes, you are able to forfeit the slot. However, we will have to charge a $20 service fee that we have provided for you. The rest of the payment will be refunded back to you.

Can I cancel my order during the production period?
You are allowed to, however, we will not do any refund because we spent time and effort on the production.

What is your return policy (for Paw Paw Minutiae)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any return, exchange, refund option for Paw Paw Minutiae as it is a customised product approved from digital preview and photos. Unless you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will accept returns and exchange within:

  • 7 days from the date your order was delivered for our local customers.
  • 30 days from the date your order was delivered for our international customers.
  • The items returned must be brand new, unused, and must include all original packaging and tags.
